The Central Florida Development Council (CFDC) has been designated by the Polk County Board of County Commissioners as its primary economic development organization.

The CFDC offers business services to local companies and prospective companies looking to expand or relocate their operations.

Our relationship with the Polk County Board of County Commissioners, local educational institutions and Enterprise Florida allows the CFDC to offer unique business opportunities to the companies we work with. We focus on domestic and international business recruitment, business retention and expansion, small business development and marketing in Central Florida’s Polk County.
