In 2008, the CFDC contracted with SRI International to conduct an Industry Cluster Analysis and Selection Study for Central Florida. The study showed us what our industry strengths were and how we can develop to grow into a hub desirable to high-tech companies. Since 2008, we’ve been hard at work researching each of our industry clusters and, as a result, have found several assets unique to Polk County. We’re happy to finally show the world what these assets are and why Central Florida’s Polk County is the best place to do business.
