Business Development Opportunity with the CFDC

The Central Florida Development Council is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving Polk County’s economic growth by conducting in-depth market research, generating high-quality leads, and supporting business attraction and retention initiatives.

Responsibilities will include

• identifying and engaging potential clients and
• contributing to strategic planning efforts.

This position requires research and analytical skills that provide actionable insights to support lead generation strategies that align with Polk County’s business objectives. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
