Cyndeo Wealth Partners
With a focus on helping clients simplify the complexity of managing, growing and protecting their wealth, Cyndeo fosters a family-like culture that builds deep relationships with the families the firm serves.
Launched in 2020 Cyndeo Wealth Partners is a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm that oversees $1.7 billion in client assets. With 18 employees, Cyndeo provides financial planning and investment services to clients in 40 states.
Director of Business Development Pete Frantzis, shares the story of the firm’s name, “The name we chose for our firm comes from the Greek word ‘syndeo,’ meaning ‘connect.’ We changed the spelling to Cyndeo to emphasize our focus on client connectivity.”
“It is always about our clients,” Frantzis said. “Our clients are an extended part of our family and helping them be successful, managing their assets and planning for the future is our upmost priority.”
What Sets Cyndeo Apart?
The company helps guide people through every phase of their finances. We want to have a deep relationship with our clients by offering more than just wealth management. Connecting the families we work with to other professionals such as trusted bankers, estate planning attorneys and merger & acquisition specialists positions our clients for success.
The company operates a very holistic platform that delivers best in class asset management without the conflicts that typically arise at large bank oriented brokerage firms. With a high touch service minded team available to execute on all types of financial services, Cyndeo strives to be the antithesis of a world run by 1-800 call centers.
Talent Attraction, Retention
Attracting good client relationships requires excellent talent that feels they are a part of something special. At Cyndeo we work to provide careers that allow for growth and fulfillment in a friendly and income-competitive environment. With employees ranging in age from their mid-20’s to mid-60’s clients can always find varied perspectives to problem solving.
Growth in 2023
“Our top priority and goal is to continue to foster a world-class client-service experience through our team and to hold each other accountable on the importance of that” said Frantzis. Organic growth via new client acquisition has been the cornerstone of Cyndeo, however, we are also working toward inorganic growth through advisor acquisition. At the end of 2022 we added a 3 person team that transitioned from Merrill Lynch bringing roughly $200 million in client assets. More of that type of recruitment will be part of the growth plan moving forward and we would welcome an opportunity to add advisors from Polk county as part of that strategy.
