Kate Bernthal joined the team in October 2024 as a Business Development Associate. She became Senior Business Development Specialist in 2026. In her role, she assists in implementing innovative business development strategies that drive economic growth and engagement.
Originally from South Carolina, Kate moved to Winter Haven, FL, in 2017 and graduated from Florida Southern College in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Her strong ties to the community have fostered a deep passion for its growth prosperity and development.
Before joining CFDC, Kate honed her skills as a Project Manager and Event Planner at First Revolution Marketing. Her diverse experience in marketing has equipped her with valuable insights and a strategic approach that she is excited to bring to our team. Kate looks forward to leveraging her expertise to build meaningful relationships and contribute to the success of the CFDC and community.
