The landlord of the new campus is , a real estate investment and development company based in Winter Haven.
Community leaders, SEU leadership and staff, and local residents gathered together on April 14 for a groundbreaking ceremony. In addition to university leadership, attendees heard from Winter Haven Mayor Brian Yates; CEO of Six/Ten, LLC, Bud Strang; and former mayor of St. Petersburg and investor/advisor of Six/Ten Rick Baker. Open tours of the campus were also offered.
