Cyndeo Wealth Partners Earns Top 100 Spot in USA Today’s Best Financial Advisory Firms of 2025

May 13, 2025 News

Cyndeo Wealth Partners was named one of the best financial advisory firms in the country for the first time. They entered at No. 76 on USA Today/Statista’s third annual Best Financial Advisory Firms 2025 list.

“What sets Cyndeo Wealth Partners apart from other wealth management companies is our unwavering dedication to personalized service. We seek to build strong, genuine relationships with our clients,” said Marketing Manager Alexandra Landry. “We understand that each individual has unique financial goals and circumstances. Our approach is tailored to meet their specific needs. By focusing on simplicity and transparency, we make navigating the complexities of finance easy and accessible for our clients.”

“The recommendations that led to this recognition were collected via an independent survey among over 30,000 individuals. This included clients, industry experts, and financial advisers working for an RIA (registered investment advisers) firm,” she said.

USA Today and Statista developed the list for the fourth year. “The ranking is based on the growth of the companies’ assets under management (AUM) over the short and long term and the number of recommendations they received from clients and peers,” they said. The list includes “separate groupings based on the amount of assets RIAs oversee so readers can compare firms in similar size classes. Smaller companies may have fewer clients per adviser and provide more personal service. Larger firms may be able to charge lower fees because of volume-based discounts or have more resources for specialized services.”

Cyndeo Wealth Partners falls in the $1 billion to $5 billion category. It is one of only 21 financial advisory firms in Florida on the list, ranking fifth in the state.

Looking at 2025

So far, the year has been going well for Cyndeo, Landry said.

“We are thrilled to share that we have been recognized as one of the best places to work by Tampa Bay Business Journal. This truly highlights our commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our team,” she said. “We are excited for the opportunities and growth that lie ahead. And, continue to uphold our core values and deliver exceptional service to our clients.”

Cyndeo is committed to employee satisfaction and a positive work culture, a definite reason they were honored as one of the 2025 Best Places to Work. The rankings are based on employee surveys and feedback, in addition to what companies offer. The magazine’s feature on Cyndeo says it provides everything from internships and a dedicated team psychologist to snacks, the ability to work remotely and paid time off for charitable activities.

More About Cyndeo Wealth Partners

Matt Kilgroe and Pete Frantzis, Director of Business Development who lives and works in Lakeland, started Cyndeo Wealth Partners in 2020. Cyndeo is a Greek word spelled with an S (syndeo) that means ‘connect’. They provide financial planning and investment services to clients in 40 states.

In the introduction to the list, USA Today and Statista suggest finding an RIA that fits their financial profile. “RIAs are companies with a fiduciary duty to always act in their client’s best interests. They charge fees rather than sales commissions. And, employ investment adviser representatives who are licensed to give financial advice. They are increasingly taking a holistic approach to their clients’ financial lives.”

Cyndeo’s Goals

As with most companies, Cyndeo has short- and long-term goals.

“Our primary goal for this year is to continue expanding our practice. We will continue welcoming new clients who can benefit from our personalized financial services,” Landry said. “Additionally, we aim to attract like-minded advisers who share our values and dedication to exceptional client care. Through strategic growth and a commitment to our core principles, we are excited to further strengthen our presence in the wealth management industry. We want to continue making a positive impact on the financial well-being of our clients.”

The firm plans continued growth and prosperity in the next five years. “As we further establish ourselves as a trusted leader in the wealth management industry, our focus will remain on deepening relationships with all of our clients,” she said. This is including those in the Polk County area. They want to provide them “with personalized service tailored to their evolving financial needs.”
