Bank of Central Florida Opens New Loan Production Office in Tampa Bay

Over nearly 20 years, Bank of Central Florida has grown from a local vision into a driving force in the community. Its people-first approach, exceptional service, and dedicated team members have a history of being differentiators in the banking world. Now, the Bank is bringing that same concierge service to the residents of Brandon with a new Loan Production Office (LPO). This location officially opened on February 23. The new LPO marks the Bank’s seventh office along the I-4 corridor. This expansion effort represents continued growth into the Tampa Bay area. 

The LPO is located at 513 Westbrook Avenue, Suite 104, Brandon, FL 33511. Here, the Brandon team will assist clients in person with loan applications, commercial real estate mortgages and loan information, and other loan-related services by appointment. 

About the Team

Bank of Central Florida strives to bring value to Brandon with its team of local bankers who are well versed in the community and understand the developing market. The newest location is no different. Leading the East Hillsborough market are Robert Cobb, East Hillsborough Team Lead, alongside Jeff Campbell, Commercial Relationship Manager, one of the Bank’s newest team members. Both Cobb and Campbell have strong ties to the Brandon community and thorough knowledge of the local business landscape. According to a press release from Bank of Central Florida, “together they are committed to equipping businesses with the financial tools and guidance needed to achieve their goals.” 

Lauren Fernandez, Tampa Bay Market Executive, is leading the Bank’s broader expansion into Tampa Bay. This includes the new LPO, which falls within the East Hillsborough market. She emphasizes the importance of relationship building for their team.
