Alex Delannoy joins The Ruthvens, Leading Commercial Brokerage Expansion

The Ruthvens – Central Florida’s warehouse specialists– recently announced Alex Delannoy has joined the company as Vice President of Brokerage. The addition of Delannoy to The Ruthvens team will expand the breadth of the company’s commercial real estate brokerage business.

The Ruthvens are one of Central Florida’s oldest locally-owned commercial real estate firms, specializing primarily in developing and leasing warehouse and industrial properties in Lakeland. This expansion provides an opportunity for the company’s scale and brand to be leveraged with more tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers of commercial real estate in Central Florida.

The addition of Alex’s portfolio adds approximately 1 million square feet of office and industrial property and expands The Ruthvens’ geographic presence into Auburndale and Winter Haven.

Prior to joining the company, Alex was a Senior Advisor with KW Commercial, based in Lakeland. He has over five years of commercial brokerage experience in Central Florida focusing principally on industrial and office sales & leasing. In 2021, Alex was the Costar Top Individual Polk County Broker and CREXI Top 1% of all brokers. Alex is originally from Toulouse, France and moved to the United States as a professional paintball player, owning his own facility in Winter Haven, Florida.

Alex is married to Melissa Delannoy and resides in Lakeland, Florida.
