We are looking for a visual storyteller ready to make an impact through design and social media strategy.
The Graphic Design & Social Media Associate plays a key role in shaping and sharing theCentral Florida Development Council’s (CFDC) visual identity and digital presence. Help shape how the CFDC tells the story of growth across Polk County and throughout our region. This role blends creativity and strategy—ideal for a designer who’s passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and digital engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce marketing materials for print and digital use.
- Create and manage content across social media channels.
- Edit photos and graphics tailored for digital platforms.
- Support website design, updates, and content development.
- Collaborate on copywriting and editing for campaigns.
- Monitor SEO, engagement, and analytics to guide optimization.
- Stay current on emerging digital and social trends.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of marketing, design, or brand experience.
- Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and web metrics.
- Strong grasp of Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Positive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
