DCCM‘s roots in Lakeland date back to 1950, when the firm was founded as Lakeland Engineering Associates, Inc. to provide local land surveying and civil engineering services to Polk County. Through its evolution into Chastain-Skillman and now DCCM, that commitment to serving Central Florida has remained strong. Today, their Lakeland team combines decades of local knowledge and relationships with the resources of a nationwide infrastructure firm, offering expanded expertise in engineering, surveying, water and wastewater, environmental services, utilities, and program and construction management.
