Their properties are located along the I-4 corridor between Tampa to Orlando. The Ruthvens are a 3rd generation, family-run company, dating back to 1957. They own and manage 92 buildings with decisions made locally to allow their clients to move forward and grow. The Ruthvens also represent an additional 40 properties to provide additional flexibility for Central Florida businesses.
