Founded more than 100 years ago, Orlando Health is a private, not-for-profit healthcare organization serving communities across Florida through a network of hospitals, physician practices, specialty institutes, urgent care centers, and outpatient facilities. As part of its continued investment in Central Florida, Orlando Health is expanding access to high-quality healthcare with a new location in Polk County.
A major milestone in that growth is the new Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital, scheduled to open in summer 2026. The state-of-the-art hospital will provide advanced inpatient, emergency, surgical, cardiovascular, women’s health, and specialty care services while supporting the healthcare needs of Polk County’s rapidly growing population. Orlando Health also continues to expand primary, specialty, and emergency care services across the region, reinforcing its commitment to the long-term health and well-being of the communities it serves.
